The project’s goal was to replace the legacy ITSM solution with something more user-friendly that gave higher sufficiency while at the same time maintaining the functionality of the previous system. We worked with our clients to examine existing processes and improve upon them.
Our client-defined their new processes and migrated to ServiceNow. Now, they could further enhance the system themselves. The new platform and processes enabled faster communication with and within fulfilment teams; it also meant they could observe and report on a larger scale.
