This website, milicmedia.com, is operated by Milic Media Kft. (“Milic Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Hungarian limited liability company with registered seat at Fő út 100, 2330 Dunaharaszti, Hungary (Cégjegyzékszám: 13 09 230809; Adószám: 29256035-2-13).

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information, Milic Media Kft. is the data controller of personal data collected via this website.

2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Contact and enquiry data

When you contact us through the website, by email, on LinkedIn, or through any other channel, we process the personal data you provide — typically your name, work email, company name, job title, and the content of your message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

2.2 Technical data

Our web server automatically logs information including IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages visited for security, fraud prevention, and the stable operation of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security and integrity of our systems).

2.3 Analytics and cookies

Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. We also load third-party fonts and social media content (LinkedIn) which may set cookies. 2.4 Prospect and CRM data

If you are a business contact of Milic Media (current client, prospect, or partner), we may hold your business contact details and a record of our interactions in our CRM for the purpose of managing the commercial relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in B2B relationship management).

3. How long we keep your data

Enquiry emails and related correspondence: up to 3 years from last contact, or longer where required to defend legal claims. Customer data linked to executed contracts: 8 years from the end of the contract (mandatory accounting retention under Hungarian law). Technical logs: up to 12 months. Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics (max 26 months). CRM records: for the duration of the commercial relationship plus 3 years.

4. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with processors and partners strictly necessary to run our business. Typical categories include: hosting provider (GoDaddy), email provider, analytics provider (Google, where consented), CRM and productivity tools, and our external accountant and legal counsel. Where transfers outside the European Economic Area are involved, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure (the “right to be forgotten”); request restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You may also complain to the supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your residence.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege principles, and regular software updates. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

8. Children

This website and our services are aimed at enterprise B2B customers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
